ABARTA Office Building
The ABARTA parcel was the last remaining site at the Rt. 28 RIDC Office Park. This site presented significant challenges due to its small size, limited access, unsuitable soils, and excessive subsurface and storm water runoff. Meticulus placement of embankment fill and subsurface drainage was required. We also installed and maintained a settlement monitoring system. The storm water system also required installation of biocells, a rain garden, and a wetland.
