ALCM, LLC (ALCM) construction management staff is playing a vital role in the $21 million Phase 1 on-site infrastructure redevelopment of approximately 178 acres at the former J&L/LTV steel mill site in Hazelwood, PA. ALCM provided pre-construction services, on-site construction inspection, project management, construction survey verification, materials testing and construction administrative support to RIDC for the project.
