Beaver Ridge Bridge
In 2011 ALCM, LLC (ALCM) was selected by the PA Turnpike to provide CM/CI Services for the $200 Million, Total Reconstruction Project of I-76 between MP 12-14 which includes the replacement of the Beaver River Bridge. The work is to require three (3) early action contracts and one major reconstruction contract. As part of three (3) Early Action Contracts:
- ALCM provided CM/CI services for the replacement of Bridge WB-210A. The Project consisted of the replacement of a 3-span steel bridge with a single span temporary bridge.
- The replacement of two overhead structures (WB-207, WB-208) carrying Norfolk Southern Railroad over I-76 with new two span, steel, thru-girder bridges.
- Currently (2016) ALCM is administering the construction for the replacement of a four (4) span existing structure (Bridge WB-206) over the Turnpike.
It is anticipated that the main project to replace the Beaver River Bridge will begin in 2018 and complete by the end of 2020.
