Buffalo Niagara International Airport
This project called for the accelerated completion of multiple phased work within the confines of two major operable airport terminals and around a new terminal project simultaneously under construction.
All of the milestone dates were completed on time. The contract contained three separate contract specifications, ANSI, FAA and NYSDOT.
Multiple shift work performed on active runways and taxiways with extensive coordination with operations airline traffic made the scheduling and coordination of this work extremely critical.
