- Demolition and environmental remediation of two 2 story buildings. Both structures were store with apartments located on second floor and rear of buildings.
- Demolished 10,000 sf of buildings along with utility disconnects.
- All demolition debris was removed from site and recyclced. The foot print area for both buildings was backfill with suitable material and covered with stone to construct a new parking lot.
