ALCM, LLC (ALCM) construction management staff is playing a vital role in completing the $91.3 million Roadway and Bridge Reconstruction of I-76 MP 67.6 to 74.6. This contract provides for the full depth reconstruction a widening to six lanes approximately 7 miles of I-76 in Westmoreland County.
