Construction of two major bridges at South Hills Junction, reconstruction of existing parking facilities including excavation, grading, drainage and concrete paving as well as electrical and signal modification at the tie in of the existing line. Construction of civil work for the trackway for two miles of track that parallels Route 88; including excavation, grading and drainage, seven soldier pile retaining walls, three mesa block retaining walls, two cast in place retaining walls, catenary foundations and conduit, one bridge structure and the structural components of four LRT passenger stations.
