Mon River Industrial is a former Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel plant with approximately 875,000 sf of buildings on site. In 2013, Advanced demolished the original Boiler House and since that time has been coordinating and demolishing buildings and equipment, as available. Mon River has realized over 10,000 tons of scrap revenue from the salvage operations. In addition to demolition of the old buildings, we have removed foundations and performed other site and roadway excavation and grading.
