Prestley Heights Phase 3
We performed the bulk grading for this project under Phase 1. Phase 3 consisted of installing the storm sewer, sanitary sewer and utilities for the western side of the project. This phase was particularly tough as rock was encountered at grade. We also over excavated rock from the home pads for Ryan Homes. We utilized our demolition equipment to size and crush the rock for re-use on the site.
