Somerset Maintenance Facility Reconstruction
ALCM, LLC (ALCM) construction management staff played a vital role in the $20 million construction of a new Somerset Maintenance Facility. The maintenance facility includes construction of buildings, renovation and additions to one existing building and all associated site and supportive work as follows:
- Building No. 1 to house the Section Maintenance 30,038 GSF
- Building No. 2 to house truck and equipment storage, 24,904 GSF
- Building No. 4 to house domestic booster pump, fire pump and associated equipment 1,007 GSF
- Building No. 5 renovation and additions to the existing maintenance Building to house the PSP, 16705 GSF
- Building No. 6 a three sided unheated storage shed, 1,908 GSF
- Building No. 7 to house storage for the PSP, 326 GSF
- Building No. 8 temporary modular offices for the PSP to be removed at the End of construction 2,231 GSF Building No. 9 a weather canopy for the fueling station, 1.476 GSF
